The "Services" refer to the consulting and technological development solutions provided by ImpactoTec. These terms constitute a legal agreement between the User and techrepulic.com. Access is subject to acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.

ImpactoTec is committed to providing services professionally and in accordance with industry best practices. The User is obligated to provide truthful information and to use the services lawfully. Both parties must cooperate for the proper development of projects.

ImpactoTec shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the User for the specific service in question during the last 12 months.

All content, software, and materials provided by ImpactoTec are protected by intellectual property rights. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for their internal use, as agreed.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified and become effective upon publication. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
